Harold Dahlstrand’s blend of business and human resources experience brings a unique perspective to improving organization results through people. Harold has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources, including leadership positions as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining Najera Consulting Group, Harold served as Vice Chairman and chairperson of the Office of President of Spiegel, Inc., providing overall corporate leadership for this rapidly changing $3 billion organization, which included the operating divisions of Spiegel Catalog, Newport News, Eddie Bauer and First Consumers National Bank.

Harold has a MS in Human Resource Management from Loyola University in Chicago and a BA in Business from Luther College in Iowa. He serves on several boards of community and not-for-profit organizations.
