Mike Greer comes to Najera Consulting Group with a very diversified background. Mr. Greer has successfully founded eight small businesses, specializing in industrial packaging/material handling, public speaking and multi-sport event production. He holds degrees in business (BBA), Military Science Leadership(C & GS), theo-centric psychology (PhD) and is a retired Lt. Colonel U.S. Army, Active Duty/Active Reserves.

He is also a former college football and track scholarship athlete and continues his athletics through the sport of the triathlon. Mr. Greer is still an active competitor and has completed over 293 triathlons, including the "Ironman" in Kona, Hawaii. He is currently engaged in business consulting, writing, public speaking, legal mediation (Texas Certified), and multi-sport events production. He has authored two books and writes numerous articles concerning self-help and philosophical opinions on life. Mr. Greer currently serves on four non-profit boards and is past president of the Board of Directors for USA Triathlon, and served as its’ interim executive director in 2004. He has just been elected to the USA Triathlon National Board of Directors and will serve a two-year term.
