Kim Kurschner joins Najera Consulting Group with 14 years of experience in the administrative field. Prior to joining Najera Consulting Group, Kim spent 8 years in progressively responsible positions within Amoco Corporation. In her career, she has served as project manager, process designer, creator and producer for all classroom materials at a corporate university, and mentor and team leader for the staff workgroup.
