Her experience includes 15 years of progressive professional experience in transportation industry, global, multi-national, offshore outsourcing and entrepreneurial environments.

Elena’s industry experience includes: Transportation, Financial, Legal, Maritime, Manufacturing, and BPO / ITO. Elena is knowledgeable in employee infrastructure development and resources allocation as well as post acquisition employee integration with a focus on value creation in the area of operational resources pooling and transferring strategic capabilities between the acquiring and the acquired organizations. She is deeply familiar with 360 degree performance measurement and balanced score card.

Elena graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with Human Resources and Finance as her major. She holds a license to administer MBTI tests and Certified Compensation Professional certification by “World-at-Work”.
