Chicago, IL | "I want to congratulate each and everyone of you for outstanding performance and commitment towards your professional development" Larry Carrol, Kraft Foods Plant Manager, said as he handed out certificates of achievement to participants of MdevGroup's management training program "Supervison Eficaz: Lo Que Todo Supervisor Debe Saber"
Gabriel Najera conducted a weeklong training program in Spanish for 20 of Kraft Foods front line supervisors. The sessions were conducted on site at Kraft Foods Plant located at 2945 West 31st. Street, Chicago, IL. Training topics included "The Who, What and Why of Supervision" and "Tools Every Supervisory Should Know and Use."
"I sincerely want to thank Gabriel Najera, our instructor, for the outstanding training we received. I feel that I'm better able to meet the demands of my Job" Eliseo Hernandez, Kraft Supervisor, said as he received his certificate.
The training session was a collaboration between The Center for Labor and Community Research, Instituto del Progreso Latino, The Mayor's Office of Workforce Development and Kraft Foods.
