We jointly establish the project timeline and implementation plan. We begin with a planning meeting and meet formally at least once a week. We will confer with you several times a week (daily, if needed) by phone and e-mail.

The Strategies for Success program has 3 different phases. Depending on the size and complexity of your business, each phase may last anywhere from 1 to 4 months.
